Boxfit is a cardiovascular class which lasts between 45 mins to one hour and is for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills and abdominal, focused on fitness and toning.
Meet coach Idris a master of Boxing and strong pilar of our community. Coach Idris has been boxing for over 10 years, his training focuses on hit workouts combined with the classic boxing movements which we can assure you will leave you sweating after every session.
Based under three arches our premium facilities offer an array of classes. Our BoxFit classes take part in the studio where there's plenty of space to practise your jabs and uppercuts
We've got all the gear to make the most of your session so don't worry about bringing your boxing gloves, pads, or rope, we've got you covered!
Changing Rooms, Cafe as well as a co-working space are all part of our facilities, so feel free to hang out with us and get some work done after your session or simply enjoy a shower and a takeaway coffee if you're in a rush to work!
