My name is Sarah Molloy and I’m a Level 1 CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer. I grew up in Kent and studied in London before before moving to the Middle East. It is here that I discovered my love for fitness; training outdoors, swimming and running in the desert. When I return to London I found CrossFit and fell in love with the variety and excitement that this type of training offered.
I became a coach for a few reasons, the first being that Crossfit training has always been a great support to me personally both physically and mentally and I wanted to enable others to feel that too. As a coach I hope to help people to become more confident in their own skin, to introduce them to a method of fitness which is sustainable, enjoyable and which will keep them fit for life.
For anyone starting their fitness journey right now, my advice would be to not worry about your current fitness level, it doesn’t matter, we all have to start somewhere. Walking into a Crossfit gym for the first time can be intimidating but choose a gym which suits you, where you want to be every day and that is how you’ll learn, grow and improve.
So, enjoy the process, don’t worry about what you cannot do, just concentrate on all the small improvements you make each week – these are the things which will lead to the bigger stuff later!
80’s bangers or aggressive hiphop! I love to train to Cypress Hill, NWA, Rage Against the Machine and many more but equally like to chill out to Fleetwood Mac, Honne, Aloe Blacc and Tracy Chapman.
Classic adventure movies such as Indiana Jones – I always wanted to be Marion Ravenwood (mainly because she was bad ass and won arm wrestles against some massive dudes!).
Big fan of Podcasts, I often listen to Joe Rogan for his humour and debates.
I have a passion for reading and writing, I mainly write poetry but have also written pieces on behavioural science and health & fitness.
Most people already know this but I love me some peanut butter…on anything, on it’s own, and especially with my second favourite food. Chicken!
My guilty pleasure is homemade flapjacks eaten straight out the oven, dipped in peanut butter and standing in a particular corner of my kitchen whilst scrolling Instagram stories!
I’ve also always enjoy watching the athletics, I love to see so many talented athletes in one arena and my favourite event is the 100m sprint. There are actually not many things I’m scared of but I run around like a maniac if a wasp approaches me!
I tailor my sessions to my clients needs and goals.

I have always had a huge passion for fitness and food. Ex gymnast and swimmer, fitness has always been a big part of my life. Whilst living in Sydney in 2014 I decided to turn my passions into my career and went on to do a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and a Master’s in clinical nutrition and eating disorders, as well as my personal training qualification. I have a huge passion to help educate and inspire others through both my coaching and nutrition coaching.
With such a huge passion for fitness and food, I want to be able to share my passion with others. Moving your body and nourishing your body with good food should never feel like a chore. For me, training and eating well makes me feel energised and makes me feel good in my skin, which is exactly what I want for my clients too. I am passionate to help others find ways of eating and training that suit their individual preferences.
Mini wins are so key. This is the same with nutrition too. Trust in the process, it is going to be a marathon not a sprint - just enjoy the journey!

Podcast - anything nutrition related (I tend to use these for professional development) or Happy Place
Food: The impossible question! Ice cream, granola, nut butter, banana bread, vegetables, salmon, Nandos... Guilty pleasure - there’s never any guilt!
Sport: Swimming but would love to get back into tumbling
My sessions are tailored to my clients preferences and goals.

I’m a London born Personal Trainer and Crossfit Coach. Growing up life was all about sports with Football being my main sport of choice up until university. After university I went to live down in Australia where I decided to turn my passion for fitness into my career. After a few years of being a Personal Trainer I discovered Crossfit and fell in love with the variety, competitiveness and community. (Also fun fact, I’m vegetarian)
I get to share my passion for fitness with others. I know first hand how beneficial Crossfit can be physically, mentally and socially and I want to inspire and ignite that passion within others. Being a coach is so rewarding, no day is the same, you meet such a wide range of people and get to help them to achieve their goals.
Move well, then move fast. There's so much to learn and so many skills to acquire, for me that's one of the most exciting things about CrossFit. So take your time, set yourself some goals and targets to work towards. Be patient with it, show up and put in the work, enjoy the process and the efficiency will follow.
