With Classes starting at 6am through to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and until 1pm at weekends you’ll find something that suits your schedule! We are always adding in new classes to fit demand too.

Whether it is a low skill Sweat Class, a more technical weightlifting class, or a well rounded CrossFit class we can prepare a great experience for up to 20 of your friends for an hour class and cater for all, and a mix of abilities and fitness levels.
