Training where you put the person first. That means we focus solely on you, your goals, your ideals, your situation and your life. We're not interested in fads, quick fixes or forcing philosophies onto you. We're only interested in building something that's 100% bespoke for YOU.
We always start with a conversation about you. What you've done before, what did and didn't work, where you are right now and where you want to go. We follow this up with a profiling questionnaire so we can pick the perfect coach for you and your goals.
In a world full of over-promising and T&Cs, we want to make sure the relationship and dynamic is suitable for everyone. That means that a) you're happy with your coach and their ways of working and b) your coach is confident they can get you to where you want to go, in a sustainable and healthy way. We don't perform 12 week transformations that leave you worse off and blindly guessing what to do next.
With a full understanding of what makes you tick, where you're at and where you want to go, your coach will create a journey for you. Our coaches know what it takes to change lives with health and fitness, it's what they do day in and day out. They'll know when to push you and when to hold back, when to be next to you and when to tell you you've got it on your own. With the foundation laid, you'll have access to perform multiple sessions to include discounts and member perks, to make your journey even better.
