Our Foundation Pack consists of 4 classes, each with different focuses, diligently curated to give you the best head start in your journey as a CrossFit Putney member. Not only do we go through the fundamentals of CrossFit, but we go through the process of becoming fit and healthy by using this trusted method, broken down in its simplest, most easy-to-understand way. No jargon, just the necessary building blocks for you to become the best version of yourself.

The Foundation Pack

  • Our November Foundation Classes begin on Tuesday 21st!
  • These classes are perfect if you're new to CrossFit or if you've been off CrossFit for a long period of time and would like a reintroduction before jumping into regular classes. There is no prerequisite fitness or knoweldge needed, we'll teach you everything you need to know
  • Each Foundation Pack lasts for only 2 weeks, and consists of 4 one hour sessions; Tuesdays at 7:10am or 5:30pm, and Saturdays at 8am
  • The Foundations Pack will automatically convert into a 13 Sessions a month membership the Monday after the last Foundations class; unless cancelled by the member
