We are bringing CrossFit, Sweat, Weightlifting, Calisthenics and Yoga class to your home during the lockdown 2.0! Our classes don’t require any equipment, apart from Weightlifting where you will need a barbell, or just a pvc pipe which will help you to work on the technique.
