At CrossFit Putney, yoga classes are predominantly power yoga based – meaning that a variety of yoga postures are strung together in a fast-paced fashion with an emphasis on strength and endurance. The class builds up quite a sweat and can be considered quite tough and technical however variations are offered to make the class accessible to all.
The pack of 10 sessions can be used over the space of three months and will expire after set date.
Magdalena has been a yoga teacher for over 8 years. Having completed a myriad of yoga teacher training courses over the years, she has a passion for the yang yoga variations -including ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa flow and power yoga not to mention hot yoga.
Her coaching/teaching style is energetic and enthusiastic aiming at providing as many alignment and body cues as possible throughout her classes. Her passion for coaching/teaching yoga stems from seeing her students/clients progress becoming stronger and more flexible in body and mind.
Based under three arches our premium facilities offer an array of classes. Our yoga classes take part in the studio with heating, there's plenty of space for everyone to move around.
We are partnered with Saïa London a premium yoga brand who provide us with the best mats, so you can flow peacefully through your session.
